  • Product Appearance: Products may vary slightly in color, texture, or design due to photographic lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. Minor discrepancies from website images do not qualify as defects.

  • Defective Items Only: Returns are strictly limited to items with major defects (e.g., printing errors, torn seams, missing parts) that render the product unusable or significantly flawed.

2. Reporting Defects

  • 24-Hour Window: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [925szn@gmail.com] with:

    • Photos/video clearly showing the defect.

    • Order number and proof of purchase.

  • Late Claims: Requests after 24 hours will not be processed.

3. Inspection & Approval

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Tags must be intact.

  • Rejection: Used/worn items, minor appearance variations, or claims without proof will be rejected and returned at your cost.

4. Refund/Resolution

  • Store Credit Only: Approved major defects receive store credit (valid 1 year). No cash refunds.

  • Return Shipping: You cover return shipping unless the defect is verified.

5. Sale Items

  • Non-Refundable: Sale/discounted items are final sale. No returns or credits.

6. Shipping Errors

  • Wrong/Incomplete Orders: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include unboxing video for verification.
